Top 5…Sunnies for Spring

If we were to put on our practical hat for a minute…it’s totally not smart to spend money on an accessory that we tend to lose more than wear. But we’re only human!

Here’s our top 5 Sunnies for Spring. They are the most important accessory of the season after all 🙂

We spend the majority of our days perusing fashion websites and online shopping, so it’s only natural that our favorites are constantly changing. Here’s our Top 5 (of this week!)

1. Kate Barton - She’s New York based and making some of the coolest dresses we’ve seen in a long time

2. Christopher John Rogers - We wrote about him in our NYFW Edit (for good reason). We can’t help but love a bold color and print!

3. Onalaja - They describe themselves as “A Maximalist’s Dream” … Say no more!

4. Silvia Tcherassi - 75% of our edits contain their dresses, and we just can’t get enough

5. Yenny Bastida - SO many amazing luxury designers based in Latin America, and this is our current favorite

Top 5…Investment Bags we’re eyeing

If you’ve been following STC for a while, you’ll know that there’s plenty of areas of our closets that we won’t splurge on. Purses, however, are not one of them. We fully believe in the power of an investment bag…here are the Top 5 on our wish list currently.

1. Bottega Veneta Andiamo small intrecciato leather tote - She’s in our Top 2 and she’s not 2.

2. Khaite Lotus - This brand very rarely misses and this bag is no exception to that rule

3. Alaia Le Teckel Small Leather Shoulder Bag - So unique but still timeless

4. Bottega Veneta Medium Leather Pouch Bag - There’s a reason why this is the only brand on the list twice! (we’re eyeing the pink in this bag)

5. Prada Spazzolato Leather Shoulder Bag - The structure can’t be beat

Top 5…Vacation-Wear Brands

One thing about us - we love a tropical vacation. Maybe because it’s our favorite type of outfit to shop for. These are our current go-to brands to shop for vacation-wear.

1. Andrea Iyamah - Like art in the form of clothes!

2. Johanna Ortiz - The ultimate vacation-wear brand in our book

3. Cala de la Cruz - new on our scene and making a splash!

4. Lack of Color - Vacation accessories are almost as important as the clothes

5. Alemais - You need some bright colors when you’re somewhere tropical…
